Terms and Conditions:

• We will not dispatch goods before funds have cleared.
• We can only receive customers to our premises by appointment only. Call the number above for an appointment
• For most of our products there is a shipping charge, e.g. all the one-pole kåtas will cost you £10. On any axe order there is a standard charge of £6 or £7. Firesteels have no delivery charge. For all other products, please give us a call. However, all orders over £150 are shipped free of charge, except for Tentipi tents and accessories.
• For orders from outside the European Union and from the Channel Islands, there will be no VAT (sales tax) charged. Currently 17.5%. However, shipping charges will be higher.
• We cannot accept any returns of tents, unless they are faulty.
