Nothing is worse than ordering a Christmas Gift only to realise that it won’t get to you in time for Christmas. The same goes with leaving your shopping to the last minute only to find that the shop you were hoping to visit is closed. To save you these experiences we have listed everything you need to know for your Nordic Outdoor Christmas shopping.

Mid-day December 22^nd is an important date and time to be aware of. This is the last where we guarantee that orders placed are delivered before Christmas for orders from within the United Kingdom. The corresponding date for orders placed within Europe is mid-day December 17^th. After these dates we will do our best to get orders out next day – and in some cases we will be able to get them to you in time for Christmas – but since we can’t control all circumstances we simply cannot guarantee delivery in time. After the 23^rd the standard delivery time will revert back to 3-5 days again.

Picking out the right size and colour when buying a gift is not always the easiest thing. In case you do get it wrong January 10^th is the date to keep in mind, any products bought as a Christmas gift that are returned to us by this date will be exchanged for another size or colour. Having said that, since stock tend to be limited following the Christmas period these returns are subject to availability.
