The removable rain and wind cover means that you can either wear the gloves with the cover packed away allowing you full freedom of movement or if the weather gets worse you can put it on to ensure your hands stay protected from the elements. The cuffs is a ribbed stretch fit allowing for maximal insulation when being worn.
