A seriously durable and easy-to-use daypack, the Edda from Klattermusen is a clean and functional day pack for a variety of outdoor activities.

The Edda Backpack 20L is constructed from 400D Retina® material made from recycled Econyl® yarn, making it highly durable. It has shaped shoulder straps for a comfortable fit and a lid that’s easily opened using the fail-proof bungee and hook. The main compartment has a large zipper opening that extends all the way to the bottom on one side for full and easy access, even when you’re wearing the pack. Inside there are several sleeves including a 15” laptop sleeve and a personal items pocket. On the outside, there’s a large, lid-covered front pocket that’s expandable for extra items you may need quick access to,

By approaching equipment durability from a lifecycle point of view we make sure that the lifetime of their products is optimized. Their philosophy on how to reduce environmental impact today is the same as it was in 1975: repair equipment until it falls apart and to continually strive to improve constructions.  switched to 100% organic cotton in 2006, introduced nylon from recycled fishing nets in 2009 in all backpacks, started their recycling system in 2009 and became the first outdoor brand in history to achieve a 100% fluorocarbon-free collection in September 2017.

Polyamide (Nylon) is a synthetic fiber creating extraordinarily strong and versatile fabrics with high abrasion resistance, very good resilience to wear and tear, and a high breaking extension. The polyamides we use are derived from recycled, bio-feedstock and virgin sources.
