Nordic Outdoor offer tracked delivery options to the UK and Worldwide. Using a range of providers we will always look to ensure customers receive their products using the best delivery method for their location and the below guide covers our current postage options.
Christmas 2024
We want to ensure that you get your Christmas orders delivered in time for the big day and have updated our pre-Christmas delivery schedule to reflect last postage dates
We will be shipping orders via DPD Next Day until 10am on December 23rd and expect these to arrive in time for Christmas day. All orders placed after 11am on Friday 20th will be shipped on Monday 23rd using DPD Next Day and should arrive on Tuesday 24th
For orders placed using Royal Mail our final delivery date for Christmas is 12pm on December 18th. These orders will be shipped using a Tracked 48h.
Please note that all last postage dates can only act as a guide and we encourage customers to get their orders in as early as possible to ensure Pre-Christmas delivery. While we are making all efforts we can to ensure nobody is left without a gift this Christmas there can be issues within the postal network during these peak periods.

UK Deliveries
Nordic Outdoor offer a standard UK Mainland delivery using a fully trackable DPD service which arrives within 1-3 working days and offers email and SMS updates. This service is Free for all orders over £80 (Excluding the Highlands & Islands) and is £3.95 for orders under £80.
If you require your order quicker we offer a fully trackable Next Working Day Service which offers email and SMS updates. This service is available for £3.95 for orders over £80 and £7.95 for orders under £80. Please note that to qualify for Next Working Day Delivery your order must be placed by 11am Monday-Friday. The Next Day Premium Service is available only to the UK Mainland and excludes orders placed to the Highlands and Islands.
Orders placed to the Scottish Highland and Islands and UK postcodes which are not considered ‘Mainland UK’ will be subject to a postage surcharge, these prices will displayed at checkout.
Europe & International Deliveries
For our International customers we offer a number of shipping options based on product weight and customer location. At checkout you will be provided a range of options allowing you to select your favoured shipping service dependent on cost and speed. All shipping methods used by Nordic Outdoor allow full customer tracking (location dependant) to allow you to plan around your delivery.
For orders placed within Europe we offer a 3-5 day tracked service through DPD. The cost for this service is based on location and is quoted at the time of ordering. Prices quoted for all orders outwith the UK are subject to weight and region. Customers will also be offered services from DHL who can offer express shipping with ODD Services.
For other International orders shipping options will be provided from either DPD, Royal Mail or DHL. For certain products however we may not be able to provide a price for shipping at the point of purchase due to product specifications however if you complete your order we will contact you shortly after with a quote for postage at which point you have the option of accepting or deciling the costs, if you choose to decline the costs we will process a full refund within 1 working day.
Worldwide fast delivery with DHL Express
When you choose Express delivery by DHL, your order will be sent with the On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.
DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this date does not fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.

Brexit Update For Orders being delivered to the EU
From 1st January 2021 any online purchases with delivery addresses within the European Union (Including the Republic of Ireland) will no longer be subject to UK VAT. The prices on our website show a price inclusive of VAT and this discount is only calculated once you get to the checkout stage. If you want to know the price you will pay before checkout then you can simply divide the price shown on the product page by 1.2 and this will give you the price after UK VAT has been deducted.
As VAT is no longer being charged in the UK on EU purchases please note that relevant local taxes and duties may be applicable to your order upon arrival in your country.
We do not show the taxes or duty for your specific country. If you need to know what charges you may face you should check with your local authorities.
