The Skaftafell Pants are classic shell trousers made of GORE-TEX® INFINIUM ™ which is waterproof, windproof and breathable. The Skatfafell trousers will keep you comfortable no matter where your day takes you and are a great choice for exercise and all-around outdoor use. There are two pockets on the front and a built-in belt around the waist making it easy to adjust them for the perfect fit.

When possible, 66 North use recycled, upcycled, biodegradable, or organic natural fibers. However, function, necessity, and longevity come first. They would rather make a garment that lasts for a decade rather than one which is slightly more “sustainable” in the short term but has material which will break down and lead to waste after two or three years. ​

Polyurethane is a component that can be found in our fabrics, adhesives, coatings when waterproof performances are needed and in some stretch yarns. PU coatings enhance materials’ resistance to heat and moisture extending their life expectancy and consequently reducing the overall waste.

By keeping products in use for longer, we can reduce their overall lifecycle impact. Therefore, as part of the sustainability strategy, GORE-TEX aim to further improve the outstanding protective performance features of GORE‑TEX products and help people to expand their useful lifetime.

We offer a range of UK tracked and timed shipping options with all orders over £80 being eligible for FREE UK Delivery. Please note that as there are no DPD collections over the weekend any Next Day orders placed after 11am on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
