The Erika Parka from Didriksons is a classic warm Parka with a regular fit. This jacket is windproof and waterproof with taped seams and is perfect for everyday use during cold winter weather.

Made of a soft polyester with a matte finish. Erika has an adjustable hood with detachable faux fur trim and a high collar The hem, waist, cuffs and hood can all be adjusted as needed.

The Erika Parka has a fixed hood that is easy to adjust for optimal protection against cold winds, and the zipper that extends up to the chin is equipped with a soft guard to prevent chafing. The parka also has adjustable cuffs at the sleeves to keep the cold out along with plenty of pockets for all the essentials.

Didriksons was born in 1913 with a clear purpose: to save the lives of fishermen working in harsh conditions. Today, with more than a century of experience, they still make waterproof and windproof jackets with the same ethos.

They achieve this by means of timeless design, careful choice of colours, long-term relationships with customers and producers, environmental protection programmes and sustainability projects to help them constantly develop and improve. Didriksons use sustainable materials and dyeing processes and PFC-free impregnation treatments. Since 2018 several of our waterproof garments have been made from recyclable polyester. We promote the use of single component rather than mixed materials in order to facilitate future recycling processes.

Polyester can be recycled endlessly in a circular recycling system without lowering the quality. By offering both recycled and recyclable products, they have come close to the goal of offering maximum experiences with minimal environmental impact. Production of polyester, especially recycled polyester, require less water to produce than many other fibres.
