The Fjällräven Abisko Friluft 45 Women's Backpack is similar to the men's version but designed with women in mind. It is a lightweight and stable backpack that offers fantastic ventilation and comfort, making it perfect for trekking in warm climates. There is excellent space for storage thanks to a large main compartment and many external pockets of varying sizes.
It is made primarily from the hardwearing and light G-1000 Eco fabric (recycled polyester and organic cotton). A polyamide base adds extra protection from moisture on the ground when you want to stop for a rest or photo opportunity.
The carrying system has a fixed back length which is designed specifically for women. There are mesh panels and an aluminium frame that help air to circulate freely against the back, keeping you cool and dry.
The main compartment is hydration system compatible and it also includes zippers that open up the entire front panel making it super easy to access your gear. There are more pockets on the lid and hipbelt that are great for storing snacks, sun screen and other small items.
Another useful feature is a loop and elastic cord that can hold trekking poles or an ice axe. A rain cover is also included.
