Gransfors Bruk Large Splitting Axe

The Gransfors Large Splitting Axe is a two-handed splitting axe, suitable for splitting all types of firewood. The thin, concave tip of the blade ensures the axe cuts quickly and easily into the wood and then splits it as the broader section of the blade pushes apart the wood. Each large splitting axe has the Gransfors Bruk logo embossed into the handle and the initials of the smith who made it in the axe head. It also comes with a protective leather sheath for safe storage. The handle has a protective steel collar below the axe head and circular grooves towards the end for the safest grip.
