The Gransfors Bruk Scandinavian Forest Axe is a beautifully crafted tool designed for a wide range of forestry and wood processing tasks. Forged by hand in Sweden using traditional techniques, each axe head features a  premium steel blade carefully hardened and tempered to hold a razor-sharp edge. The axe is paired with a 64cm premium hickory handle that is individually selected and shaped to provide optimal balance, power and control.

This combination of a long handle and relatively lightweight head makes the Scandinavian Forest Axe exceptionally nimble and efficient for felling trees, limbing branches, cutting firewood, and performing carpentry tasks.
