TENCEL™ TreeBlend made from 45% Recycled Polyester, 30% TENCEL™ Lyocell, 25% Organic Cotton. The TENCEL™ Lyocell comes from wood pulp grown in sustainably managed forests. In its production process 99% of the chemicals and water are reused. This minimizes the environmental impact and prevents resource contamination. Organic cotton is grown without using any chemical fertilisers. This is kinder for the environment as well as the people handling the cotton. It is a natural, renewable, and fully biodegradable material. Using recycled polyester gives purpose to what would otherwise be waste in our landfills. It also reduces the amount of non-renewable raw materials being consumed. Tentree have also made a commitment to plant ten trees for every single purchase. Planting takes place in selected locations worldwide ensuring maximum benefit for local communities and the environment.
