Description

The wool in this sweater is harvested from free ranging sheep living the high-life up in the mountains of Hallingdal from June from September. Later it is respectfully spun and knitted in Italy. The tough fibres from the Norwegian sheep are developed to withstand the rugged climate,and gives this sweater just the right weight and protection for us enjoying the same rugged territory. Some claim it itches a bit more than our soft merino wool styles, but real men won’t notice. Inspired by Roald Amundsen and other heroes from the golden age of exploration, we have applied a chest pocket in waxed cotton – the kind of convenient feature the old explorers would sew themselves while in camp.

Delivery

Nordic Outdoor offer a standard UK Mainland delivery using a fully trackable DPD service which arrives within 3-5 working days and offers email and SMS updates. This service is Free for all orders over £80 (Excluding the Highlands & Islands) and is £3.95 for orders under £80.

If you require your order quicker we offer a fully trackable Next Working Day Service which offers email and SMS updates. This service is available for £3.95 for orders over £80 and £7.95 for orders under £80. Please note that to qualify for Next Working Day Delivery your order must be placed by 11am Monday-Friday. The Next Day Premium Service is available only to the UK Mainland and excludes orders placed to the Highlands and Islands.

Orders placed to the Scottish Highland and Islands and UK postcodes which are not considered ‘Mainland UK’ will be subject to a postage surcharge, these prices will displayed at checkout.

Returns

If you decide the item you order is unsuitable then we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unused items. To receive an exchange or refund you must notify us of your returns request within 14 days of receiving your order and the good must be returned within 28 days of receiving you order.
