Nordic Outdoor Returns Policy

We hope that you love your new purchase from Nordic Outdoor but if for any reason you are unhappy with your order then please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Here at Nordic Outdoor we will always try to source you an alternative option if you find your purchase isn't suitable for your adventures in the great outdoors. 

Within 14 days of receiving your order you must notify us of any items that you would like to return, you then have 14 days in which to return the items to us. To notify us of your intention to return an order then simply complete the below returns form and someone from our customer services team will be in contact within One working day. For more information on our returns policy please review our Terms and Conditions. Unfortunately we do not currently offer a returns label service and the cost for postage of returned items is the responsibility of the person returning it.

 

 

Christmas Returns

While we of course hope that the gifts you pick out with us will find a permanent home with their recipient, we understand that picking out the right size or colour, let alone model is not always the easiest thing. We are offering you the chance to return any product bought online as a Christmas Gift from November 15th for a full refund, exchange or credit note as long as you have notified us by January 5th 2024.

To be entitled to a refund we ask that you have completed our returns form online, which can be found here, by the date above. We will then have to have your returned items physically with us by January 14th to be able to process your refund.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer cash refunds for items bought in-store. You still may be entitled to store credit or an exchange.

While we of course hope that the gifts you pick out with us will find a permanent home with their recipient, we understand that picking out the right size or colour, let alone model is not always the easiest thing.

For orders returned within 14 days of purchase, normal terms and conditions still applies.

 

In-Store Returns

For any item purchased instore at Nordic Outdoor from November 15th we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit on any item deemed unsuitable and returned with proof of purchase before January 8th in resaleable condition.

Please note that Nordic Outdoor will only offer refunds instore if products are deemed as faulty by the manufacturer.

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
