Christmas 2023 has landed at Nordic Outdoor and this year we’re feeling more festive than ever! Our baubles have been dusted, trees selected and party frocks ironed – ready for the best time of the year.
While there are some fair weather adventurers here at Nordic HQ there is also a good contingent of our team who love the opportunity for a cold weather adventure that the festive season brings. From Christmas Day hikes to Skiing in the New Year the festive season offers the promise of adventure for the whole family.
Christmas is also the perfect time to treat the outdoor lover in your life and our selection of gifts and treats for 2023 is probably Nordic Outdoor’s best to date. Our stores throughout the UK are choc full of sustainable outdoor gifts from the likes of Dale of Norway, Fjallraven, YETI and Gransfors Bruk. Whether you are looking for the perfect gift for a Skiier, a mountaineer a bushcrafter or a budding Bear Grylls – we have you covered.
To help make sure you're not caught out this year and can tuck into the advent calendar guilt free we've pulled together a short guide detailing how Christmas shopping looks this year with Nordic Outdoor. Below you will find all the information you need on deliveries, returns, store opening hours, and vitally, what to get everyone on your list!

Christmas Delivery Dates
The last minute shoppers among us will be wanting to know the final delivery dates for Christmas, so get these in the diary! The final date for Mainland UK Christmas delivery is 10am on the 21st December.
We will continue to process order and ship out until the 22nd December however we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery on any orders after the above cut off.
Please be aware that when ordering from the EU you may be liable for duty and customs charges when your order lands in your country. Unfortunately this is out with our control however it is worth remembering that these customs clearances may cause unforeseen delays in sending orders overseas. We would suggest our International customers aim to get all Christmas orders in as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Christmas Returns
While we of course hope that the gifts you pick out with us will find a permanent home with their recipient, we understand that picking out the right size or colour, let alone model is not always the easiest thing. We are offering you the chance to return any product bought online as a Christmas Gift from November 15th for a full refund, exchange or credit note as long as you have notified us by January 5th 2024.
To be entitled to a refund we ask that you have completed our returns form online, which can be found here, by the date above. We will then have to have your returned items physically with us by January 14th to be able to process your refund.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer cash refunds for items bought in-store. You still may be entitled to store credit or an exchange.
While we of course hope that the gifts you pick out with us will find a permanent home with their recipient, we understand that picking out the right size or colour, let alone model is not always the easiest thing.
For orders returned within 14 days of purchase, normal terms and conditions still applies.
In-Store Returns
For any item purchased instore at Nordic Outdoor from November 15th we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit on any item deemed unsuitable and returned with proof of purchase before January 8th in resaleable condition.
Please note that Nordic Outdoor will only offer refunds instore if products are deemed as faulty by the manufacturer.
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
